We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Clinic Administrator to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and confident in person and over the phone

  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed

  • Great with people — you enjoy making others feel welcome and supported

  • A clear communicator, both verbally and in writing

  • Comfortable using (or learning) tools like JaneApp, Gmail, and Canva

  • Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and wants to be part of a team

  • Ideally has some admin, front-desk, or customer service experience

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare or understand a clinic setting — but it’s not required

  •  

What You’ll Do

As a Clinic Administrator, your role is to help the clinic run smoothly and provide a great experience for every client who walks through the door

  • Greet clients in person, by phone, and by email

  • Manage the schedule using JaneApp

  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle insurance claims

  • Monitor emails and phone messages and respond promptly

  • Keep the front desk area tidy and organised

  • Coordinate with the physio team to make sure appointments run on time

  • Help with social media scheduling, staff updates, and simple content creation

  • Support other admin or clinic tasks as needed

I went in after a few weeks of consistent knee swelling that would flare up after light exercises. I did two sessions with Sean where we went though rehab exercises, what frequency to do them at, when I could return to play, and then some dry needling to wake up the leg muscles. After the 2nd session and rehab I was back to playing, highly recommend

Recently went through a rehab programme with Sean at Complete Physio. I ruptured my plantar fascia playing soccer and went to Sean about 6 weeks after it occurred as it wasn’t healing sufficiently. Sean designed a complete rehab programme for me to work on over 5/6 weeks and I’m glad to say I’m back playing full contact sport with no issues. He clearly is very knowledgeable in his work and all the exercises were well explained and tailored to my particular injury. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who is experiencing any injures or issues.

I have been going to Sèan at Complete physio for a number of years now, he has treated many injuries I’ve endured from sports & exercise. My most recent injury was a persistent shoulder strain I had from fitness classes, it had been continually flaring up for months.
Sèan gave me a rehab program to work on & used dry needling to help heal the area. After just three visits, I’m ready to get back to normal activity.

I tore ligaments in an ankle playing sports years ago and the strength and stability in the area got progressively worse. Sean expertly assessed the situation and helped develop a plan to add mobility to the complex and strengthening the surrounding muscles which provided much needed support. The guy know definitely knows his stuff.

I’ve worked with Seanie over the last 2 years of playing GAA in Vancouver. I have had a long-term shoulder injury, which he was extremely knowledgeable about. I’ve been seeing Sean McGrath for the past 8 weeks to rehab my ankle ligaments, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the very first session, Sean’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care stood out. I went to Sean after a number of hamstring strains which had never fully healed from previous rehabs with other physios. The advice and exercises that Sean walked me through during our sessions have strengthened the muscle and prevented any reoccurrence of the injury for close to a year now. The longest stretch I have had without a hamstring strains in years!

My experience with Sean was wonderful. Thanks to him, I able to work out regularly and play sports again. I injured my shoulder/rotator cuff pretty badly in September during a work out. I wasn’t able to lift any weights, and my shoulder was constantly in pain/discomfort. Through a colleague’s recommendation, I went to see Sean within a couple of days of my injury. When I met Sean I Immediately could tell he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the initial assessment/treatment, I saw him for another 4-5 weeks. During each weekly visit, he would do a deep tissue massage in my shoulder and dry needling to help reduce the inflammation. Each week we would also do different exercises and movements depending on my progress to help strengthen and overcome my injury. Over the course of my time with Sean, I felt my shoulder and rotator cuff get stronger and I was able to be myself again and get back into my daily routine. Thank you Sean for all your help!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I came in to see Sean with pain in my knee. After some testing Sean was quickly able to identify a) what exactly was wrong b) what the cause of the problem might be and c) plan a route to recovery and continued improvement to strengthen the joint and get me back into sport/training. Extremely knowledgeable about the body, able to explain in a simple manner, all while keeping it light hearted and positive. 🙌

I found Sean after numerous attempts to help with my back pain following a skiing shoulder injury from a previous season. After RMT, Chiropractor, and acupuncture, Sean used dry needling, which provided instant relief.

Went to Seán after injuring my shoulder playing sport. It was a high Grade 2 level ligament tear in my AC Joint, which meant I was borderline in need of surgery if my rehab didn’t go well.

Having worked with Seán for a couple of weeks, I’ve completely recovered, have regained full range of motion and strength and most importantly am avoiding the surgery table.

My rehab involved a wide variation of exercises, which we progressed through week by week until I was able to support my full body weight with my shoulder. Seán also conducted dry needling on the area each session, which helped relax the muscle and brought great relief.

Couldn’t praise Seán enough, he’s an ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable and fully invested in ensuring his clients fully recover.

I went to Sean during my marathon training when I was having hip pain and shin splints. Sean provided me with a range of rehab exercises which addressed the issue. I visited Sean again close to my race day due to a calf injury. Sean released the area with dry needling which really helped. I was really grateful to have Sean’s reassurance that I would be able to complete the race and he also provided a huge amount of advice on my last week of training and pre race warm up/stretching. It really put me at ease and I felt confident heading into the race. Would highly recommend.

Sean is a legend!
After almost a year of knee pain that had been holding me back from running, as well as other exercise, the knee is now feeling great! I’ve also managed to regain the strength in that leg that I lost. I’m now back to running about 20km a week, and am excited to continue my training, where I’m looking to do a half marathon in the summer next year.

I highly recommend Sean as a physio, he is knowledgeable and amazing at what he does.

I first went to Sean after a hiking injury, unable to walk or bend my knee. Sean was thoughtful in his initial care until I was back on my feet and then we began more intensive rehab. He catered our sessions to my needs and pivoted to what suited me best, exercises, goals, available times etc. he was always accommodating.
After 6 months I was able to enjoy ski season and running marathons with no injuries thanks to his guidance & support.

Sean is super friendly, kind and attentive. He listens to you and your goals and works with you on an achievable plan to get you there.

With his extensive experience, I’d 100% recommend him for any injuries, rehab or check-ins.

Sean was my physiotherapist for months and I can only say good things about him and the rehabilitation he done for my knee.

I had an accident in work and I tore my meniscus. I needed to get surgery on my knee and Sean was looking after me before and after my surgery.

Before surgery I lost all the muscles in my left leg due to inactivity and the pain in my knee left me out of work and very inactive for a while. I then went to Sean to do some rehabilitation and Sean walked through everything with me and went into great detail of what happened to me and also what needed to be done to get back to 100% fitness. At the start I was very weak in my left leg but after 3 weeks with Sean I started to see massive recovery. I continued to go to Sean for a few more weeks and I couldn’t believe the difference it made from when I first started off. My knee and my injury had massively recovered thanks to Sean. It’s brilliant to get the leg muscles as strong as they can be while leading up to surgery so I was delighted with the work so far.

I eventually got my surgery and the it took me a month until I could start to walk again and eventually I started working on my knee again. I didn’t have a good feeling after my surgery the recovery was slow due to the impact of my surgery. I eventually started rehabilitation with sean again and it was great he goes into great detail and is definitely the best physiotherapist I’ve come across. We worked together for months and the progress after every training session I had with him was vital. I looked forward to going to him because of the progress I made after the training sessions and you can see yourself progressing every training session too which was I was always delighted to see.

Overall I’m delighted with how everything went. Massive recovery in my knee, Sean is a brilliant physiotherapist and a gentleman too. Great to work with and I would 100% recommend Sean to anyone who is having trouble with any sort of knee pain.
